K.FUND is a not-for-profit organization
founded by a prominent Ukrainian entrepreneur Mr. Vasyl Khmelnytsky. It was launched in 2015 as a
foundation focused on developing projects in the fields of education and economy. Over 7
years the foundation has successfully realized 9 projects.

money. Since the beginning of war in Ukraine in February 2022, K.FUND has been rebuilt to
provide humanitarian aid to people in Ukraine.
The charity organization accumulates funds in the EU from donors all around the world, and uses it to supply essential goods and services within Ukraine. In Ukraine, the organization utilizes its managerial and logistics ecosystem to deliver the aid directly and timely to where it is needed the most.

What we do to support Ukraine
CRITICAL AID ITEMS THAT FILL SPECIFIC NEEDS
OF PEOPLE WHERE EFFORTS ARE EITHER MISSING OR INSUFFICIENT
We have been helping people in Ukraine by all
means from the very beginning of war. UFuture, our portfolio companies and its shareholders
have already donated millions of dollars within Ukraine in cash and in essential medicines,
transport, provision and construction materials to withstand the crisis.
However, since day one of the war the National Bank of Ukraine has prohibited both purchase of hard currencies inside the country and transfer of any funds abroad for private entities and individuals. Therefore, to buy and supply humanitarian aid to Ukraine from abroad, an organization must accumulate funds outside Ukraine to pay international vendors and producers. Hence, the need for the international fundraising.
